Oksana Latinovic | Founder & Operator
I'm a cosmetic nurse/injector with over 10 years of experience in the medical aesthetic field. As a busy mom of three, I know how important it is to take care of yourself. Everyone has their own unique beauty, and my role is to help you take care of and enhance that beauty.
Growing up in the Ukraine, beauty was a big part of my culture. An extension of inner and outer health. I received a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Economics, and after coming to Canada I finished my aesthetician schooling. But a few years later, I decided to pursue a different path in nursing and graduated from Humber College as a registered practical nurse in 2011.
Throughout my career and as I had a family, I was immersed in various medical settings. I dedicated myself to the nursing industry even though I felt burnt out, overwhelmed, and stressed. Until I ended up in an Emergency room with a panic attack.
It was a wake up call to live life differently. To take care of my health. To make time for the things that matter to me. I realized that my true calling was the beauty industry, and in 2016, Blossom Skin Boutique opened its doors.
Now I get to use my passion for health and beauty to help others. As we've grown, we've welcomed new team members, connected with the community, and supported our clients on their journeys to enhance their beauty. Most importantly, we've reminded ourselves to always stay positive and enjoy every minute life has to offer.

Kelly Ross | Medical Director
Kelly is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Medical Aesthetics and Skin Health. She received her BN from the University of New Brunswick-Humber and earned an MS of Nursing and Nurse Practitioner Certification from Ryerson University. With over a decade of medical experience, Kelly has worked for Toronto General Hospital and Unison Health & Community Services, and teaches Community Health Nursing through Humber College's Bachelor of Nursing Program.
Kelly is passionate about skin health and wellness, and continues to develop her skills and knowledge through further education. Currently, Kelly is completing a dermatology certificate through the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners in the United States.
Tamara Dudnyk | Skin and Body Specialist
Tamara is a Skin Care and Body Specialist who has always been passionate about health and wellbeing. Originally a fitness trainer in Ukraine, she transitioned her career to the beauty industry upon arriving in Canada.
She’s certified by the International Sculptural Facelifting Academy for sculptural face-lifting massage, and she’s skilled in lymphatic drainage massage and laser technology.
Tamara provides various treatments, including body contouring (maderotherapy) massage, medical-grade facials, microneedling, and laser hair removal. She’s also experienced in advanced procedures like laser resurfacing, forma facials, and chemical peels.
Above all else, Tamara is passionate about her work and ensuring that each of her clients feels confident in their own skin.
